I was very happy with the item, but not with the service provided. Though they were ordered on 31 December and I had to wait for up to 10 days to receive my goods, the service was appalling. I left a number of messages, to find out how my order was processing, as after 9 days it was still shown as processing. both on the telephone and on line but no-one returned my messages, until my last message where I said that if I didn't hear from them by end of day, that I would have to take this matter further. PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!! REPLY: This order was placed over the Christmas Shot Down. - 7/10
